We are working alongside a leading UK law firm based in Hammersmith and they are seeking a legal secretary/office administrator on a permanent basis. They require the individual to be office based therefore applicants will need to live within a comfortable commutable distance from Hammersmith.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings for fee earners and coordinating meeting space
- Setting up conference calls
- Onboarding new clients
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Greeting clients
- Keeping meeting rooms and public areas, plus kitchen clear
- Copy typing and audio typing of invoices, letters and amending agreements where requested
- Tracking changes
Candidates will have ideally performed a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment. First class communication and organisational skills are paramount, coupled with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
