A highly regarded multi-service law firm based in Wigan are currently looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join the firms litigation department to work on a one to one basis to support a senior solicitor with the day to day running of a caseload. You will be required to have previous legal assistant or legal secretarial experience and have a keen interest in pursuing a career within law. The firm have an excellent reputation within the industry offering a friendly and supportive working environment. Role – Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary Hours – Full time – 9.00am – 5.15pm (one hour lunch break) Location – Wigan Salary – Negotiable DOE Duties * Booking meetings and arranging travel * Liaising with clients and responding to queries * Opening and closing files * Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone * Create and maintain client records * Typing of general correspondence and producing client bills * Request payments and record receipts of client monies Please contact Gemma Clarke if interested
