We are working alongside a leading property management company based in London and they are seeking an additional customer services advisor for their busy and friendly team. The successful individual will be responsible for providing the first point of contact to all customers assisting them with a variety of queries. This is a hybrid working role which will require you to attend the office two days per week.

The customer services advisor will communicate with customers over the phone and via email and answer enquiries relating to a wide range of topics. Ideally, customer enquiries will be answered and dealt with in the first interaction where possible ensuring that the company values are met at all times. A key focus of the role will require you to contribute ideas and feedback in areas where customer service can be improved.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, ideally through having worked in a contact centre previously. Experience of working in the property sector is desirable, however this is not a prerequisite. Enthusiasm is essential coupled with first class communication skills.
