Private Equity Paralegal in City of London

Overview

We are working with an international law firm based in the city who are looking for a Private Equity paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm and work alongside associates on junior NQ level work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with closing,
• Assisting with filing and transaction document management,
• Supporting the team liaising with opposing counsel,
• Supporting Partners and Associates with updating precedents and legal research,
• Undertaking searches

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level
• Completion of the LPC/BPTC
• A minimum of 1-2 years\’ experience working within a corporate team in a similar setting
