We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to find them a Benefits Advisor to join their London team on a permanent basis. This is the perfect position for someone with global or legal benefits experience looking to come in house, or an existing benefits professional currently working in a law firm. This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a collegiate team to support the firm's UK benefits initiatives.
Duties include:
- Benefits administration – managing the administration of benefits programmes, ensuring all benefits-related content is relevant and accurate, and supporting the annual benefits renewal process.
- Benefits escalation – acting as the escalation point for complex benefits queries and operational efficiency.
- Data analytics – leveraging data analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive strategic decision-making.
The perfect Benefits Advisor will have a minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant benefit focused role, working with UK benefits and vendor management. The role is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary of up to c£50,000.
