If you are an experienced and ambitious Reward Analyst/Reward Advisor looking for a new challenge, then our latest Senior Reward Advisor role could be perfect for you.

HR Support is currently working with a leading UK law firm to find a Senior Reward Advisor to support their Total Reward Manager in their central London office (hybrid working, 3 days in the office).

Acting as the “number 2” to the UK Reward Manager, this is a great opportunity for a Reward Analyst looking to take on more responsibility, get more stakeholder engagement, and become the firmwide subject matter expert for Compensation and Benefits queries and advice.

The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, the payroll manager, and the wider HR team to manage the firm’s compensation strategy, enhance their benefits offering, and support their Wellbeing program.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Strong Total Reward experience gained in-house within professional services (preferably in a law firm or similar).
  2. A broad mix of Compensation and Benefits experience, rather than just one element of Reward.

The salary is highly competitive for the sector and level, and the firm is well known for being an amazing place to work.
