Our client, a medium sized West End law firm, has a vacancy for an experienced Litigation EA.
They are looking for an experienced EA to assist three busy Partners.
Duties:
- Preparing court documents and correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Preparing bills on a monthly basis
- Client contact
- Extensive and detailed diary management
- Overflow secretarial support for other PA/EA’s
Requirements:
To secure this role, you need to possess experience within a similar role, including dispute resolution experience and extensive diary management experience. A can-do professional attitude and the ability to prioritise is also essential.
Hours: 9.30am-5.30 pm. Hybrid working offered, working three days in the office and two from home.
