Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join a highly esteemed law firm in the city of London. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Art & Luxury practice with the preparation and management of legal documents, business development and promotional materials, presentations as well as correspondence related to Art & Luxury matters. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis and attend the office three days a week.

Daily duties will include diary management for fee earners, arranging meetings and appointments, organising travel arrangements for business trips in the UK and overseas, opening, maintaining and organising team files via iManage) to ensure information is easily accessible as well as coordinating the billing process for fee-earners via 3E Elite.

A key aspect for the role will require you to liaise with the firm's AML team to open new matters following established procedures and liaising with the client to obtain and collate required documents. Further duties will include supporting the Art & Luxury team's business development initiatives where possible.

Candidates will have gained previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within a commercial litigation department. A professional and confident approach to work is paramount coupled with first class organisational skills. It is essential that you possess the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Knowledge of legal document management systems or other key software such as iManage, 3E Elite, InterAction and BigHand is highly advantageous.
