We are currently recruiting for a Secretarial Services Administrative Assistant on behalf of our US law firm clients. They are looking for someone to provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team on a full-time basis, with working hours of 8:30am-4:30pm. A highly competitive salary is on offer as well as a hybrid working and a fantastic benefits package. Main duties include: Monitoring secretarial absences and assigning sick cover. Handling holiday requests and approving absences in PeopleSoft. Collaborating with HR to assign secretarial support for visitors and new joiners. Scheduling and assisting with meetings and events. Using Firm software for documents, reports, and presentations. Proofreading and checking department materials. Maintaining attendance and overtime records. Manage intranet, conference calls, and DMS/OneNote calendars. Providing general administrative support and assisting with projects as assigned.
