An exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential property paralegal to join a leading city based law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales.

Daily duties include dealing with all aspects of post completion including dealing with requisitions, assisting with stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals as well as liaising with clients.

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous paralegal experience of working within a property team, ideally dealing with post completion matters. Prior experience of dealing with with developers and/or housing associations is highly desirable. A professional and proactive work ethic is essential coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
