The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly skilled legal secretary to join the real estate team of a highly regarded UK law firm. The successful individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to the real estate team and help meet client expectations in line with the department’s objectives.

Daily duties will include producing assisting fee-earners with the opening of new files, producing bills on completion and ensuring clear ledgers, issuing completion emails the day of completion as well as liaising with clients. Further duties will include uploading of documents to DocuSign and preparing for signature, downloading and saving once signed

Applicants will have gained experience of working as a legal secretary within a property department. You will possess first class communication and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
