Paralegal
We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join a highly prestigious US law firm as part of one of their most successful practices.
This newly created role will see you working alongside some of the firm's Lead Partners and Associates in the Corporate Finance team. You’ll be an integral part of the team, acting as an anchor between clients and fee-earners on updating matters and resolving any data issues. You will act as the lead to outside counsel, providing fee quotes and updates and general support to specific matters. You will also hold weekly partner meetings to flag any matters running out of scope. Other duties include:
- Matter costs and budgeting
- Maintaining client communications
- Ensuring WIP reports are relevant and updated regularly
- Updating and following new matters, deals, and transactions
- Providing key Paralegal support to fee-earners
This is a truly diverse position suitable for a law graduate or Paralegal with gravitas and knowledge of legal billing and WIP. You will have an understanding of financial analysis and be competent in all MS Office programmes.Fluency in another European language is highly desirable, ideally Greek or Italian.
The role is being offered permanently with a salary up to c£45,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
