Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Property Team. They want a motivated candidate with some experience who’s ready to develop their skills, feel valued, and build a long-term career.
You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters, work closely with supportive senior lawyers, and benefit from genuine opportunities to grow and progress.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Solicitor:- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide clear legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
- Carry out due diligence, including searches, title checks, and contract reviews.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to keep transactions moving smoothly.
- Draft required legal documents and correspondence.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all files and client communications.
