Commercial Property Lawyer β Position Overview:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad client base while contributing to the continued growth of a key department within the firm.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters and complex commercial agreements.
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice in plain English.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Requirements of the Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Circa 2+ years' PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.
- Strong experience across commercial property transactions.
- Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A commercially aware, team-focused approach.
