The Role: The client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Manager to lead and develop their Residential Property team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership, while driving excellence in client service, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance on conveyancing procedures, SDLT, Land Registry, and lender requirements, supervise team members, and support the Head of Department in delivering outstanding service and financial performance. This is an ideal role for a proactive, commercially minded conveyancing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for team development. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the residential conveyancing team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance. Oversee a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership, applying strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures, SDLT, Land Registry, and lender requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex matters. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor team performance, set objectives, and support professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and drive operational efficiency. Support the Head of Department in achieving financial targets and maintaining high standards of diligence and service.
