You will manage a diverse caseload for private individuals and SMEs, covering all aspects of property and civil/commercial litigation, and work closely with the Firm’s Family and Residential Property departments, whose clients often include landlords or leaseholders.

- Property Litigation: Boundary/building disputes, dilapidations, disrepair, lease renewals, rent reviews, residential & commercial landlord/tenant possession, service charge disputes, lease breaches, and easements.
- Commercial Litigation: Contract and shareholder disputes, civil fraud, professional negligence, debt recovery, defamation, IP disputes, injunctions, enforcing foreign judgments.
