Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Planning Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join their dynamic Real Estate team. The Candidate: General planning experience, including drafting and negotiating s106, s38, and s278 agreements, as well as other planning and infrastructure agreements Practical experience of the planning system in the context of both commercial and residential development Experience working with and/or against local planning authorities Proven ability to manage planning-based projects effectively General commercial property experience, supporting a broader understanding of development work Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (including liquor and entertainment), and environmental law is beneficial What is on offer in return?
