Our Legal 500 client is seeking a 3+ year PQE Education Solicitor to handle a diverse range of education law matters, representing teachers, students, and parents in complex cases involving schools, educational authorities, trusts, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities for this Education Solicitor Role:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients across the full spectrum of education law.
  • Primary & Secondary Schools: Handle matters such as admissions appeals, school exclusions, independent school issues, and contractual disputes.
  • SEN/EHCP: Advise on Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) applications, assessments, and appeals.
  • University Students: Support with sexual misconduct allegations, disciplinary investigations, visa applications, and fitness to practise proceedings.
