Responsibilities for this Employment Law Solicitor role:
- Manage day-to-day caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Advise on misconduct, sickness absence, grievances, TUPE, and restructures
- Conduct Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage
- Draft and negotiate Settlement Agreements
- Provide advice on industrial relations and strike action
- Deliver training sessions to clients on employment topics
- Support partners on complex matters and contribute to business development

- Knowledge of Pensions law and data protection
- Experience conducting investigations on behalf of clients
