Position overview for this Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer Vacancy:
Our client requires a minimum of 3 years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive specialising in residential property. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development and must be comfortable handling a full caseload of at least 60 files. You will be provided with secretarial or paralegal support.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a focus on providing outstanding service to their clients, will be confident with IT, and will be capable of working under their own initiative (albeit, naturally, with appropriate supervision). Hybrid work is potentially available after the probation period, depending on performance.
Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer experience to include:
HNW Sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Freehold and leasehold matters
Auctions
Lease extensions
