Our clients are a growing, Gloucestershire based legal practice, with offices in Stroud and Gloucester. The business has been providing legal services to the people of Gloucestershire for over 260 years. They specialise in a vast range of personal and commercial law. They are seeking a Family Solicitor.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed legal practitioner to join and contribute to the success and growth of the family department
A caseload of a broad range of family law matters including:
Divorce and separation
Financial remedies
Private children matters
And cohabitation disputes
Family Solicitor experience to include:
Qualified Senior Solicitor/Associate with at least 4-5 years relevant experience advising on family law matters
Solid knowledge and experience in divorce, finances and private law children work
Will be required to meet clients, attend court hearings and advocate
Resolution membership or similar accreditation is desirable
Compassionate and professional approach to sensitive client issues
Ability and willingness to learn and manage workload in an efficient and organised manner and meet clients’ demanding requirements
Understand the industry you operate in and the challenges you face
Excellent communication skills
