Residential Conveyancer — Position Overview:
You will manage a broad caseload from instruction to completion, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing work with minimal supervision while providing an efficient, detailed and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer:
- Manage a mixed residential caseload from start to finish
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Deal with remortgages and transfer of equity work
