Position Overview:

  • Lead a variety of M&A transactions, including share and asset sales
  • Manage management buy-outs
  • Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
  • Draft bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association
  • Provide corporate governance advice
  • Handle private equity transactions
  • Work independently within a busy team
  • Take an active role in business development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead share/asset sales and purchase transactions and management buy-outs
  • Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
  • Draft shareholder agreements and articles of association
  • Provide corporate governance advice and private equity support
  • Deliver high-quality commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years PQE in corporate or M&A law
  • Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client care, business development, and networking abilities
  • Confident in advising on complex corporate structures and commercial issues
