Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join their busy department in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a collaborative and progressive firm that offers genuine scope for career development within a growing, multi-office national practice.
The Firm are looking for a confident and capable Conveyancing Solicitor who can independently manage a caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience working within frameworks such as CQS and Lexcel and will be familiar with Lender Panels and the Land Registry processes. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential, along with the ability to supervise and support assistants and paralegals. They are seeking someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player who contributes positively to the wider team environment.

Type of Work:
In this Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will handle a diverse range of property matters, including:
Residential sales and purchases
Remortgages
Acquisition and disposal of land, plots, and units
Lease extensions
General conveyancing matters, including probate-related cases
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, supporting the supervision and development of junior colleagues, and playing a key role in helping the firm grow its team.Benefits:
