This multi-accredited Legal Practice has earned an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality services across diverse legal specialities. Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Executive:

Using case management systems
Opening files
Sale and purchase transactions
Liaising with clients and external parties
Drafting documents
Distributing post
Property searches
Land Registry investigation
Help to buy and new builds The Conveyancing Executive Candidate:

Previous Conveyancing Executive/Paralegal/ Legal Assistant experience
Must have at least two years’ experience assisting qualified Fee Earners in residential conveyancing matters
Strong IT skills
Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
A strong communicator with excellent client care skills
Able to approach issues creatively
Extremely organised with excellent attention to detailThe Firm
