The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, ranging from business formations and mergers to drafting complex commercial contracts. Assist with mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and shareholder agreements.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, terms of business, service agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements.

Provide counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Assist clients in understanding and fulfilling their legal obligations.

Manage and advise on transactions such as asset sales, share sales, and business purchases. Conduct due diligence and ensure smooth transaction completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice tailored to their business needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients.

Advise on and manage commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and breaches of duty.

Stay current on legal developments in company and commercial law, ensuring clients receive up-to-date and relevant advice.

Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualified solicitor with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in company and commercial law.

Qualified in England and Wales

Strong expertise in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance.

Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
