We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our clients\’ growing Dispute Resolution Department, specifically based in Bournemouth. Recognised for a wide range of litigation, our Dispute Resolution Department provides solutions for companies, directors, shareholders, entrepreneurs, landlords, high net worth individuals, tenants and individuals.

The teams deal with a wide spectrum of disputes ranging from debt recovery through to urgent asset recovery, contract disputes, claims against directors, shareholder disputes, property disputes and contentious probate.
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to join our Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution Department in our new Bournemouth office, which will be supported by our existing offices. The right candidate will be an excellent team player who will be crucial in establishing our Dispute Resolution practice at our Bournemouth office.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
The role consists of day-to-day conduct of files and supporting others in the Dispute Resolution Department in matters with a wide and varied subject matter for local and regional businesses and various national household brands. The role will be varied and experience of some, although not all, of the following types of work is desired. Training and support will be offered as required.
Debt recovery and insolvency
County Court claims in Fast, Intermediate and Multi-track
High Court claims in the Business and Property courts
Landlord and tenant and boundary disputes
Injunctions
Mediation
