Corporate Commercial Solicitor — Position Overview:
- Manage a varied caseload of corporate commercial matters
- Advise across share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
- Act as an extension of clients' businesses, providing practical, commercial advice
- Hybrid working based out of the firm's Mayfair office

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:
- Acting as an extension of clients' businesses, providing practical, commercial advice aligned with their needs and objectives
- Handling all aspects of corporate transactions for a broad range of clients across different sectors
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, including share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
- Managing transactional work from instruction through to completion
- Taking ownership of service levels and proactively developing and growing client relationships
- Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and trainees where required
- Liaising with other departments on due diligence and undertaking business development activities
Requirements of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
- Solid corporate commercial experience, particularly across share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
- Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware, with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, ambitious approach and the drive to develop
