Our client is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join their highly regarded Family team, ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500, Band 1 in Chambers UK 2025, and recognised in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2025.

What will be expected from you?

  • Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters, including finance, divorce, nuptial agreements, relocation, and children issues.
  • Drive collaboration and cross-selling to support firmwide growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while balancing fee-earning and wider responsibilities.
  • Meet fee targets, deliver KPIs, and progress client matters efficiently to completion.
  • Monitor market developments to identify opportunities and win quality, profitable new business.
  • Strong expertise and passion in your legal field, with up-to-date market knowledge.
  • Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and business development skills.
  • Client-focused, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop others.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
