Job Description A top provincial law firm with over 12 offices are seeking a Litigation Solicitor from 10 years + PQE to join their Civil & Commercial Litigation team. With their head office in central Birmingham as well as others across the country, our client is a leading solicitor firm offering expert advice across a wide range of legal fields. This position is agile working and can be based at any of their offices in the Midlands, London or Hertfordshire. Essential experience for this Litigation Solicitor role: Experience as a Litigation Solicitor in the UK with 10 years +PQE Manage a varied caseload of commercial and general civil litigation matters, including shareholder and company disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, PI, negligence, and property litigation. Conduct advocacy in the County Court and High Court where appropriate. Liaise with Counsel and manage external legal resources effectively. Undertake costs management, budgeting and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures. Achieve billing, time recording and fee-earning targets, while supporting the firm’s credit control processes. Provide strong advocacy in both County Court and High Court proceedings. Maintain excellent knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures.
