Duties for this Conveyancing Assistant role: Handling administrative tasks and supporting the fee earner with the legal process. Managing emails and daily calls from clients, estate agents and other parties. Completing ID and compliance checks. Preparing standard letters, documents and correspondence. Carrying out Land Registry searches. Preparing and sending mortgage and contract reports. Requesting property searches and management packs. Checking online portals for updates and actions required. Supporting the team with exchanging contracts and arranging completion of transactions.
