Our Legal 500 client is looking for a 5+ years PQE Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC) to join their well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited firm as part of their national residential team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership leases, lease variations, new-build purchases, Help to Buy schemes, and more. You should be confident in managing your own caseload independently and be ready to hit the ground running.
In this role, you will receive the full support of a dedicated Legal Assistant and Post-Completion team, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

What will be expected of you?
- Overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Carrying out property searches and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Providing clear legal advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, building strong professional relationships.
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and managing associated documentation.
- Ensuring all transactions adhere to relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Staying up to date with property law developments and regulatory changes.
