An experienced Paralegal with experience in either residential and/or commercial property is sought for a highly regarded firm in London on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team in Central London. Utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of property matters, the successful applicant will ensure excellent performance at all times.

- Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- File management
- Drafting legal documents

The Candidate:
- A paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential and/or Commercial property
- Educated to a minimum of degree level with completion of the LPC or SQE1
- Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
- Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
