Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Planning Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join their dynamic Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who brings a proactive mindset, a genuine passion for planning law, and a desire to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The Candidate:

  • General planning experience, including drafting and negotiating s106, s38, and s278 agreements, as well as other planning and infrastructure agreements
  • Practical experience of the planning system in the context of both commercial and residential development
  • Experience working with and/or against local planning authorities
  • Proven ability to manage planning-based projects effectively
  • General commercial property experience, supporting a broader understanding of development work
  • Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (including liquor and entertainment), and environmental law is beneficial
