Position Overview: The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, advising a wide range of clients from instruction to resolution. Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
- Manage a broad caseload of civil and commercial disputes
- Handle matters from initial instruction to resolution, including advocacy (where appropriate)
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop new business through networking, marketing and referrals
- Ensure compliance, risk management and quality standards are maintained
- Support and mentor junior colleagues

Requirements of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution
- Experience across civil and commercial litigation; property or insolvency disputes desirable
- Strong technical ability, communication and client management skills
- Commercial awareness with a proactive and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Lexcel requirements (desirable)
