Our Legal 500 client is seeking a Solicitor (2+ years PQE) with experience in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation. As an RTA/Credit Hire Solicitor, you'll manage Small, Fast, Intermediate, and Multi-Track cases while driving outcomes through strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy.

- Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and Credit Hire claims
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers, and counsel
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedural rules
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice throughout all stages of proceedings
- Deliver robust and commercially focused representation
- Support and assist junior team members
