Our client based in Central London are seeking to add a Bridging Finance Solicitor from 1 year+ to join their property team. Long term prospects are on offer. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work on diverse work across a leading property platform. This is an office based role.
Key Responsibilities for this Bridging Finance Solicitor vacancy:
- Manage caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Review title documentation, searches, contracts, and reports on title.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks.
- Maintain accurate case management records and meet completion deadlines.
Bridging Finance Solicitor experience to include:
- Draft & review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees, and security documentation.
- Review titles, searches, valuations in line with lender requirements.
- Liaise with underwriters to satisfy pre-loan conditions as part of bridging transactions.
- Advise clients and lenders on associated risks.
- Approach matters with both a risk-conscious and commercial view.
- Maintain excellent communication and visibility throughout caseload.

- Solicitor admitted in England & Wales - 1 year + PQE.
- Commercial and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
