About The Firm: My client is a prestigious, Legal 500-recognised law firm with an exceptional reputation for excellence. Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors specialising in residential conveyancing or commercial property transactions to join a dynamic and high-performing lender finance team. The role involves advising lender clients on residential and commercial property transactions, bridging loans, buy-to-let, commercial and development projects, including complex legal and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing freehold and leasehold transactions from initial instruction through to completion, addressing all enquiries, resolving title issues, conducting and reviewing searches, and satisfying mortgage conditions.
  • Conducting detailed title checking.
  • Supporting junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants, particularly on complex transactions.
