Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors specialising in residential conveyancing or commercial property transactions to join a dynamic and high-performing lender finance team. The role involves advising lender clients on residential and commercial property transactions, bridging loans, buy-to-let, commercial and development projects, including complex legal and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing freehold and leasehold transactions from initial instruction through to completion, addressing all enquiries, resolving title issues, conducting and reviewing searches, and satisfying mortgage conditions.
- Conducting detailed title checking.
- Supporting junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants, particularly on complex transactions.
