Joining a specialist team close to Twickenham, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in childcare to assist and manage a varied caseload for a designated portfolio of clients. Additionally, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will play a key role in the continued growth of the team and build and maintain client relationships.

Staffed by a dedicated team, they pride themselves on providing tailored services to suit their individual clients' needs in a professional and friendly manner. They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor on a permanent basis.

- Advising parents and children

- Special guardianship orders
- Adoption
- Child protection cases
- Attending pre-proceeding meetings

- Qualified solicitors and legal executives with between 2-5 years PQE
- Technically proficient in childcare matters
- Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
- IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
- Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
- Has an aptitude for business development
