We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities for the Commercial Lawyer role:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and licensing agreements.
- Advising clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Broad commercial contract experience including advising on and preparing master service agreements, framework agreements, and other procurement-related contracts.
- Supply of goods and services.
- E-commerce contracts and related documentation.
- Conducting due diligence and assisting with transactional matters.
- Providing legal support and guidance on general corporate and commercial issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Apportion your time between fee-earning, business development and supervising junior members.
- Qualified solicitor CILEX or FILEX in England and Wales.
- 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contract law principles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working on cross-border transactions is a plus.
