What will be expected from you?
- Take client instructions and progress matters to completion.
- Support Fee Earners by managing delegated tasks efficiently.
- Deliver a courteous and client-focused service.
- Manage an allocated caseload, ensuring high standards of file management, administration, time recording, and accounting.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer work to other teams.
- Attend networking and firm events to build client and intermediary relationships.
