They are now seeking an experience Property Solicitor to assist within a Growing team.
The Role
Specialises in residential property matters and is looking for a dedicated Property Solicitor to handle a varied caseload including:

Residential sales and purchases
High-value property transactions
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
Leasehold transactions
New build developments
Portfolio investments for HNW clients

What We\’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:

Qualified Property Solicitor in E&W
Must have a minimum 2 years PQE in residential property matters
Strong technical knowledge of Residential Conveyancing procedures
Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
Excellent client care skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards

Desirable:

Experience with high-value residential transactions
Knowledge of leasehold property matters
Proven track record in business development
