Position Overview: You will support experienced Private Client Solicitors across a broad range of non-contentious matters, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of private client work while working towards qualification.
Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Solicitor:
- Assisting with the preparation of Wills and codicils
- Supporting Probate and estate administration matters
- Assisting with Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients in a professional and sensitive manner
- Conducting file management and compliance tasks
- Attending client meetings with supervising solicitors
- Supporting general Private Client department administration
Requirements of the Trainee Solicitor:
