  • Accidents at work, generally excluding industrial disease claims.
  • Public liability claims, including trips, slips and similar accidents.
  • Road traffic accidents, generally excluding whiplash claims.
  • Clinical negligence claims, excluding cases against therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury.
  • Defendant cases, including claims involving uninsured defendants.
