Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor from NQ – 2 years PQE is required for a boutique law firm located close to Richmond.

Our Client a boutique practice established in the first half of the 20th Century, offers a comprehensive range of legal services to a broad and loyal client base. Located in an attractive suburb close to excellent transport links into London, they provide City level expertise combined with first class client care. With a strong connection to their community, they have built a strong network, embracing developments in technology and the law in order to meet the needs of clients.

Experience needed for this Litigation Solicitor role (but not limited) to include:

• Civil Litigation
• Property Litigation
• Landlord and tenant act work
• Debt recovery
• Contentious probate
• Non contentious Employment law

Qualifications for this Litigation Solicitor opportunity:

• Solicitor of England & Wales with full rights to work in the UK
• NQ – 2 years + PQE within the area of Litigation including official training seats within the areas of Civil Litigation, Property Litigation or Contentious Probate is required
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
• Strong advocacy experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business development experience

Salary will start in the region of £50,000 and for junior solicitors, offer 1 day working from home on successful completion of probation period.
