- Divorce and relationship breakdown matters
- Financial remedy proceedings and settlements
- Pre and post nuptial agreements as well as co-habitation agreements
- Advocacy experience across family proceedings
Qualifications for this Family Law Solicitor role:
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Family law
- Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
