The Role: They are seeking a dedicated Legal Cashier to join the accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in legal finance within a supportive and professional environment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy
- Post income money promptly throughout the day
- Process Faster payments, CHAPS, and BACS transactions
- Input and post various financial transactions onto accounts ledgers
- Manage bills and credit notes
- Send CHAPS and BACS payments via online banking systems
Candidate Essential Requirements:
- Must have 12 months Accounts experience preferably within a Law Firm
- Excellent written and communications Skills
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Degree level educated
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under strict timescales
- Clear communication skills and team-working ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
