Are you a Housing Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Firm? Our esteemed client offers hybrid working schemes, death in service, private medical insurance and so much more.

The Firms Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Housing department boasts over 30 years exposure in servicing social hosing providers and private landlords.

Our client is in search of a robust Housing Solicitor to become a valuable member of the Housing team, demonstrating outstanding communication and client care abilities along with a excellent attention to detail. The role entails both independent work and collaboration with the team and will require a flexible approach to work and time.

What will be expected from you as a Housing Solicitor:

  • Experience in a housing management legal department
  • Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
  • Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
  • Participation in marketing and networking activities
  • A consistent track record of meeting targets
  • Manging support services including supervision of secretaries and junior staff DOE/PQE
