Our client, ranked by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking a Family Law Head of Team to join them. Key responsibilities for the Family Law Head of Team role:

  • Care Proceedings and PLO matters
  • Divorce and finances
  • Private Law Children
  • Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
  • General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.

Key requirements for this Family Law Head of Team role:

  • 3+ years PQE.
  • Able to lead and supervise a growing team.
  • Work independently and in a team.
  • Confident in own advocacy.
  • Following preferred.
  • Willing to pursue panel accreditation.
  • Proactive in networking and business development.
  • Experience in both Public and Private matters
