A top Legal 500 law firm located close to Marylebone in London are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor from 6 – 10 years PQE to join their Dispute Resolution Litigation team.

With their office in the West End as well as others across the home counties, our client are leading solicitors offering expert advice across a wide range of legal fields.

Responsibilities

Role involves handling disputes within the Dispute Resolution Litigation team, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Company disputes
• Cross border disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Business Partnership disputes
• Corporate fraud

Qualifications

• Senior Solicitor – admitted in England & Wales 6 – 10 years PQE
• Strong advocacy experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business development experience
